Pole and aerial classes will be taught on the highest quality equipment – we use X-Poles & Firetoys hoops and there are a maximum of two people per piece of aerial equipment.
We also use high quality Ceetex crash mats for your safety.
Pole Fitness
The emphasis here is on the 'fitness' part. Starting a cardio warm up, we would then move onto some conditioning to help you get and stay fit for our pole classes. We would work on tricks, combos and flows in our beginners, int 1 & int 2 classes.

Pole Dancing
The emphasis here is on the 'dance'. This class is all about movement and feeling and expressing yourself. Whether you want to wear heels or ballet shoes, this is a chance for you to dress up, roll around the floor and just feel the music.

Aerial Hoop
All our lessons start with a cardio warm up, followed by some strength and conditioning moves. We will then complete the lesson plan that has been created specifically for the class, learn new moves and ending with a cool down at the end of the session.
